What this site is

This is a neighborhood information directory , run on the teeyouteeme platform. It exists to make it easy for neighbors and new arrivals to find local information: businesses, utilities, events, listings, and emergency contacts.

No account required

You can read this site without creating an account. We don't track you, and we don't sell anything we know about you. The site uses localStorage only to remember your theme preference.

Listings, advertisements, and submissions

Anyone can submit a garage sale, for-sale item, or paid advertisement through the forms on this site. Submissions are reviewed by a human before they appear. We reserve the right to decline anything misleading, illegal, hateful, or not actually relevant to this neighborhood.

Paid advertisements are billed by Venmo, prepaid for a defined time range. Ads expire automatically. Refunds are at the operator's discretion within 7 days of payment if the ad has not run.

Accuracy

We try to keep the information on this site accurate, but we don't guarantee it. Always confirm critical details (utility shutoff numbers, emergency procedures, hurricane evacuation zones) with the official source.

Future features

When the site adds accounts, reviews, comments, or push notifications, the terms will be updated and the change date above will reflect it. Existing data and the no-tracking principle won't change retroactively.
